This cartoon by Matt from The Telegraph combines two news stories: the speculation surrounding the honeymoon destination of William and Kate (according to The Mirror, it's the Seychelles), and the widespread belief (among Americans, at least) that the Pakistani government must have known that Osama bin Laden was hiding in their country. We can assume the two characters in the cartoon are US generals (or perhaps an American one on the left, and a British one).
